Paul was born on March 18 in Miami, Florida. He was married to Ducie Corrales in 1980. His first son, Ari, was born 1984 in Miami. In 1986, he moved to Gainesville, FL. His second son, Tam, was born 1987 in Miami.

He helped establish an Earth First! chapter in Gainesville. He earned his BA in Religion from the University of Florida in 1990. Shortly therafter, he discovered CAW through a friend loaning him Green Egg and joined in 1991.

In 1992, he founded the Holy Oak Nest. In 1993, he founded the Alachua Pagan Alliance. He has been a bard at the Phoenix Phyre gatherings from 1994-present.

His ministerial investment was at Dragon Hills, GA, in 1997. In 2000, he wrote and published Spiritus Novus. He began graduate school in Religion at the Univesity of Florida in 2001.
